2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

2.1 Order Cancellations

• Immediate Cancellations: Orders can only be canceled immediately after placing them and before food preparation begins. Once the food is in preparation, cancellations are no longer possible.
• How to Cancel: To cancel, please contact our customer support directly via the App or by phone.

2.2 Refunds and Replacements

• If the delivered food is incorrect or unsatisfactory, contact our support team within 24 hours of receiving the order. After verification, we may offer a replacement or a refund.
• Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and will be credited to your original payment method.

2.3 No Refund for Change of Mind

Refunds are not provided for orders that are correctly fulfilled but not to your personal taste or if you change your mind after the order is placed.
